Job Title: Product Owner / Product Manager – Trading Lifecycle & Settlements

Location: Krakow/Wroclaw (Hybrid weekly 3 days onsite)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Owner / Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Trading Lifecycle and Settlement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial trading processes, settlements, and related technology, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop the product strategy and roadmap for trading lifecycle and settlement processes in alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including trading, risk, operations, compliance, and technology to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities for automation, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure the seamless integration of trading systems with settlement and clearing platforms.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trading and settlements, and implement enhancements accordingly.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the trading lifecycle, including order placement, trade capture, allocation, confirmation, clearing, and settlement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II).
• Serve as the main point of contact for product-related questions and support during audits and regulatory reviews.
• Facilitate Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos.
