The impact you’ll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. As a Jr.Product Manager, you'll responsible for:

• Defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Turning business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to deliver high-impact features
• Conducting user research, competitive analysis, and market studies to guide product decisions
• Prioritizing product backlog based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
• Monitoring product performance using data and analytics, and iterating based on findings
• Acting as the voice of the customer and advocating for usability and experience
• Ensuring timely delivery of products and features by managing scope, timelines, and trade-offs

Key competencies

We value skills and potential as much as experience. To thrive in this role requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role
• Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for solving customer challenges and delivering high-quality products
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
