We are seeking an experienced AI Data Scientist to join our team in either Poznan or Wroclaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the field and will be fluent in Polish. This role involves working on cutting-edge AI projects, developing innovative solutions, and contributing to our data-driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve decision-making processes.
• Lead AI and machine learning research initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and advancements.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Polish is required.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models in a production environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and data architecture principles.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
