💼 Experience: 3+ years (React Native)

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.
• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Troubleshoot and optimize mobile performance on iOS and Android.
• Follow modern UI/UX and mobile development best practices.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• At least 3 years of production experience with React Native.
• Solid grasp of React and mobile architecture principles.
• Skilled in iOS/Android deployment, testing, and debugging.
• Experience with native modules, offline storage, and performance tuning.
• Familiar with mobile UI/UX standards.
• Proficient with Git and familiar with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using state management libraries like Redux or Recoil.
• Understanding of App Store and Google Play publishing.

• Startup or scale-up experience.
• Public portfolio or open-source contributions.
• Familiarity with tools like Expo, Fastlane, or Firebase.
