About the Role:

Due to the successful growth of our Outdoor Solutions category, we are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Assistant Product Manager to support the Outdoor Kitchen, BBQ, Pizza Ovens, and Cooling Solutions portfolio under the BYSTRO and other kitchen brands. You will be an integral part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, contributing to the full product development cycle, from market research and supplier coordination to product launch and sales support. You will manage the product data process, ensuring accurate collation and sign-off of information from suppliers, and oversee sample management and product quality reviews with our Technical and Quality teams, ensuring reports are delivered on time and presented to Senior Management. Working closely with internal departments including Purchasing, Technical, Marketing, and Quality, you'll help bring innovative outdoor lifestyle products to market and play a key role in shaping the future of this rapidly growing category.

About You:

You’re a detail-oriented, proactive professional with 3–5 years’ experience in a product or category management role, ideally within the outdoor cooking lifestyle industry. You bring a strong understanding of the Sanipex Outdoor Solutions product portfolio and have proven experience managing product lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and using market insights to inform decisions. You’re comfortable handling product data, working with suppliers, supporting pricing strategies, and training sales teams on new launches. Your strengths lie in communication, organization, and strategic thinking, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment where innovation and initiative are key. An analytical mindset, positive energy, and the flexibility to travel internationally complete your profile as the ideal candidate to help drive the next phase of growth in this exciting category.
