Game Producer

Producer (Game Development) working in Singapore (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Producer to join our game development team in Singapore. This is a mid-level role with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. You will be the sole production contact on the ground in Singapore, working alongside a remote-friendly team (mainly based in UK) that values collaboration and independence.

The role involves regular coordination with a UK-based production team but for much of your workday, you’ll be expected to operate independently and make production decisions confidently. We’re looking for someone proactive, resilient, and comfortable managing strong personalities while keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage two projects: primarily focus on one core project, while providing ad-hoc support for a second when required
• Collaborate with leads, creative direction, and stakeholders to define milestones, epics, and stories
• Act as the main point of contact between the Singapore development team, leadership, and the UK production team
• Own project tracking in Jira and maintain project documentation in Confluence
• Run sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and other production-related meetings
• Push back when necessary, using evidence to guide decision-making and maintain healthy workflows
• Support onboarding of new team members and help reinforce production processes

Requirements

• Experience with Agile production methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working on games, ideally PC, console and mobile
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and making autonomous decisions
• Resilient, with the confidence to manage and influence diverse personalities
• A proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset
• Open, curious, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
