Job Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of our insurance software products for clients. This role involves planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of the solution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project management, insurance domain knowledge, and technical implementation skills.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Product Implementation & Delivery:
  
  

Oversee the end-to-end deployment of the product to insurance companies, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery while managing scope and expectations.

Should be proactive, taking ownership and commitment towards the completion of the projects on-time delivery

• Stakeholder & Team Management:
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and senior management.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, progress updates, and issue resolution discussions.
• Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring smooth execution.
• Risk Management:
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Develop contingency plans for data migration, system integration, and regulatory compliance challenges.
• Process Improvement & Reporting:
• Implement Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies for more efficient deployments.
• Promote automation in testing, data migration, and policy administration system integrations.
• Provide regular reports on project progress, risks, and key performance metrics.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in a techno-functional role within the insurance industry.
• Bachelor (or) master’s degree
• Well-versed with Waterfall & Agile project methodologies & tools like JIRA, MS Projects
• Good knowledge and handling of project management methodology and techniques
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to drive multiple complex/mid-sized projects in all aspects
• Ensuring goals are met in customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
• Certifications(Any one must):
• PMP Certified
• PMI – ACP Certified
