📌 Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives

✔ Lead organizational development and change management initiatives

✔ Design employee experience programs (onboarding to retention)

✔ Oversee performance management and leadership development

✔ Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives

✔ Manage HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions

✔ Ensure compliance with Oman labor laws and best practices

✔ Partner with executives to shape company culture

🔍 Required Qualifications

✅ Master's degree in HR, OD, or related field

✅ 5+ years in strategic HR leadership (GCC experience preferred)

✅ Expertise In

• HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
• Employee engagement tools (Culture Amp, Glint)
• People analytics (Power BI, Tableau) ✅ Proven success in:
