Job Overview

As a Product Designer at Shopflo, you'll be instrumental in shaping software platforms that bridge the gap between marketing and technology teams.

Having seen strong adoption since launching our Checkout Conversion Rate Optimization solution in 2022, we are expanding our solutions beyond checkout into broader consumer journeys across industries in both India and the US.

With 1-3 Years Of Experience In Product/UX/UI Design, You'll Dive Deep Into Complex Workflows, Design Intuitive Human-computer Interfaces, And Contribute To High-quality, Industry-defining Experiences In a Fast-paced, Iterative

Dive deep into complex workflows and clearly articulate your design rationale, demonstrating a thorough understanding of underlying business processes and user needs.
Design intuitive and effective human-computer interfaces for products with many moving parts, ensuring logical flow and user-centric interactions.
Apply strong visual sensibilities to create digital interfaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly accessible and usable across diverse user groups and devices.
Communicate complex design concepts effectively using a combination of visual tools (e.g., wireframes, mockups, prototypes) and clear, concise written documentation.
Ensure a smooth handoff to engineers by providing well-documented, precise designs, including specifications, asset delivery, and interaction details.
Build a deep understanding of our domain and the entire suite of solutions being developed, becoming a subject matter expert in the intersection of marketing and technology.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, marketers) to derive user insights, drive product development, and ship high-quality, industry-defining digital experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of proven experience in product design, UX design, or UI design, preferably gained within tech-first environments.
A keen eye for clean, simple, and delightful design, prioritizing user experience and aesthetic quality.
Demonstrated experience across the end-to-end product development process, from initial concept and research through to launch and iteration.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B and/or B2C product design.
Familiarity with web and mobile platform design guidelines

Current Compensation (Fixed + Variable)
