Javascript Developer

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing development team and play a critical role in our success.

The Role

As a Software Engineer, you'll be a vital part of our development team, focusing on client tickets, bug resolution, and integration challenges. You'll work closely with our Integrations team, expertly troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering effective solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong technical background and a keen understanding of client needs to resolve complex challenges. The software you develop will be used by some of the world's largest e-commerce brands.

📍 Location: London (Hybrid - minimum 2 days in office)

What You'll Be Doing

Your time will be split across 70% Engineering (focused mostly on ecommerce integrations) and 30% Support. You'll:

• Become a customer-facing subject-matter expert on e-commerce integrations.
• Advise customers on best practices and handle technical support requests.
• Assist Integration Managers in ensuring quick and seamless client go-lives, troubleshooting technical issues.
• Identify product and documentation gaps, working with the Product team for prioritization.
• Develop software by adding new functionality, fixing bugs, and improving the developer experience.

Job Requirements & Experience

• 1 year of commercial experience working with JavaScript
• Skilled communicator, able to explain complex information clearly - comfortable working directly with some of our clients, resolving technical issues.
• Adept at debugging and troubleshooting issues, finding root causes for bugs
