Key Responsibilities
As HR Support Officer, you will specifically:
- Coordinate and monitor payroll and recruitment processing in liaison with the Managers within the Region,
- Coordinate and monitor the center's human resource computerized records systems and assist the Manager, Human Resources in preparing reports and advice for other managers.
- Provide advice to, and work collaboratively with, the Managers and Regional Director on operational and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and monitor recruitment activities within the region with the relevant Managers and the Regional Director.
- Liaise as required with operational workgroups on workforce planning issues, matters of payroll, Workcover and other administrative functions.
- Provide supervision and training to human resource administrative and support staff in applicable human resource systems.
- Participate productively and collaboratively as a member of a team in delivering support and services to staff and clients.
