Based in South East Melbourne, this global organisation is a market leader in manufacturing their products. They are looking for an independent and resilient HR generalist to join their team, up to $95k base.


Your new role

As an HR generalist, you will be an individual contributor covering operations in Victoria. This role acts as a business partner to senior stakeholders on HR best practices and is hands-on on all operational HR matters, from recruitment, contract management to employee relations and performance reviews. You will also compile employee payroll data via the system, collaborate with an external vendor for payroll processing and lead an upcoming EBA negotiation.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:



  • 3-5 years of HR generalist background
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of Australian labour laws
