We are working with a leading offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands on a strategic Partner-level appointment within its high-performing Investment Funds practice.

This is a rare opportunity for a senior lawyer with significant experience in fund structuring involving digital assets, fintech platforms, Web3, DeFi, or tokenised investment vehicles to join one of the most progressive and in-demand teams in the offshore market.

The Role

• Advise global fund managers, tech-focused GPs, and institutional investors on fund formation, structuring, and downstream transactions.
• Act as a lead advisor on crypto-native and blockchain-based investment platforms, including tokenised funds, DAOs, and digital asset-backed structures.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the firm’s digital assets offering alongside a recognised leader in the space.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong background in investment fund formation (hedge, PE, VC, or hybrid), with demonstrable digital assets or fintech exposure.
• Technically strong, commercially minded, and interested in advising at the forefront of innovation in funds and digital finance.
