Senior UX Designer

Remote position within Argentina, only. Contract Length: 6 months with potential for extension

We're looking for a UX Generalist to join the dynamic design team at one of our clients in the e-commerce industry. You'll be the ultimate design chameleon, jumping between teams and projects as needed while maintaining speed and quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can navigate the full design process with efficiency and grace.

What You’ll Do:

• Cross-team collaboration: Work with multiple product teams simultaneously, adapting your approach to each team's unique needs and timelines
• Full-cycle design: Take projects from initial concept through final implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design handoff
• Rapid iteration: Move quickly through the design process while maintaining high standards and attention to detail
• Stakeholder communication: Effectively gather requirements and communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Process optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency
• Design system adoption: Work within our established design system while contributing to its evolution
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design-to-development workflows
• Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
• Experience working in agile/fast-paced development environments
• Proficiency in AI tools and Figma plugins that enhance UX workflows and productivity
