About the Job
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong technical expertise, a client-centric mindset, adaptability, and a proven track record in business strategical analysis.
As a key member of our strategic team, you will serve as a trusted partner for our product portfolio (OTT, SaaS), ensuring an added value experience to internal and external clients worldwide
Daily Tasks
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for internal stakeholders or consulting clients, with a systemic and integrated approach.
- Develop and optimize operational workflows, defining clear processes and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Analyze external market data, including competitors, industry trends, and consumer behavior.
- Work with internal performance data, focusing on acquisition, retention, and behavioral analytics to inform business decisions.
- Participate in or lead market research initiatives, both quantitative (surveys, data analysis) and qualitative (interviews, focus groups).
- Lead or contribute to a team within a strategic business unit (SBU) or work as a specialist consultant in a business strategy firm.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure go-to-market alignment and business impact.
- Apply your background in technology-driven companies, particularly those in software, OTT, SaaS, streaming, media, telecom, or entertainment sectors.
- Navigate and strategize across B2B2C markets, with an understanding of both online and offline ecosystems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices to continuously improve strategic frameworks and execution models.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years experience in SaaS companies/solutions is a major advantage.
- 7+ years of experience leading Go to market strategies
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously for diverse target markets.
- Strong skills in communication, strategic planning
- Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, international business or related.
- Advanced English (mandatory) and advanced Spanish (nice to have).
- Ability to strategically guide clients toward best practices and long-term success.
- Willingness to travel internationally (15–20 days per year or more).
Plus
- Prior experience in tech-driven companies or projects (e.g., OTT, Cloud, Blockchain, E-commerce, Fintech, Media, Streaming).
- Master’s degree or postgraduate studies related to the role are a big plus.
