Position Overview:

We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in collecting and evaluating market and user data. The ideal candidate will combine deep analytical expertise with strong communication and coordination skills to support complex digital projects and drive data-informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development & Strategy

• Develop and implement data analytics concepts to support SEO, digital marketing, and UX strategies.
• Translate business needs into technical data solutions and actionable insights.

Technical Guidance

• Provide expert technical direction and support to operational teams working with web and user data.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to best practices across analytics initiatives.

Implementation & Analysis

• Independently execute complex data analysis tasks.
• Design and lead web analytics projects from data collection through to visualization and reporting.

Reporting & Insights

• Build and deliver advanced analytical reports that inform strategy and optimize digital performance.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo, Looker Studio, and Tag Manager to interpret user behavior and performance metrics.

Communication & Coordination

• Present key findings and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data-driven alignment across marketing and development efforts.

Requirements:

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in market research, user analysis, or digital analytics.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end web analytics and data reporting projects.

Expertise

• Strong knowledge of data collection methods, analytics platforms, and visualization tools.
• Experience with SEO and digital marketing metrics is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks and translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) mandatory
• Professional background in digital marketing, SEO, or technical analytics
• Proficiency in AI-enhanced analytics tools and dashboards
• Familiarity with GDPR-compliant analytics practices
• Experience in international or multilingual digital environments
• Experience with customer projects in the financial sector
