Your Responsibilities

• Develop and ship responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React (and other modern frameworks/tools).
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and users to bring ideas to life.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code that can scale as our platform grows.
• Make key architectural decisions, contributing to the long-term evolution of our tech stack.
• Continuously improve performance, accessibility, and user experience across devices.

What We Look For

• 2+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Solid experience with React.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of component-based design.
• Git fluency and experience working in collaborative codebases.
• A strong eye for detail, especially when translating design into code.
• A drive to build product, not just code. You care about the user experience as much as performance.

Nice to Have

• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices
• Exposure to design systems and atomic design
• Passion for startup environments and early-stage product building
