Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the execution of online educational products and coordinate marketing workflows. You will serve as the key point of contact between the executive and the team, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and organized project flow using tools like ClickUp, Commo, and AI-powered automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the development of online educational products
• Act as the central liaison between the executive and team members
• Coordinate marketing activities including landing pages and campaigns
• Set timelines, assign tasks, and track deliverables using ClickUp
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support communication, automation, and research

Must-Haves

• Experience managing digital product launches, especially in education
• Strong grasp of marketing workflows and basic tech integrations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation
• Russian-speaking is a major plus
