Responsabilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Manage mid to large-scale technical projects, with a strong focus on system integration initiatives;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders;
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of project milestones;
• Identify and mitigate project risks and interdependencies;
• Operate within an international and multicultural context, collaborating closely with global teams.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking/financial sector (minimum 3 - 5 years);
• Solid background in technical project delivery (e.g. core banking migrations, platform integrations, IT transformations);
• Strong communication skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders;
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies;
• Ability to thrive in a multinational corporate environment;
  
  

Nice To Have

• Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum);
• A hands-on, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
