DevOps Engineer

We are urgently looking for an DevOps Engineer to join our Device Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be working for Shift would be 3 PM to 11 PM CET or 4 PM to 12 AM CET.

Required:

Your tasks:

• Development - Build and support DevOps routes for continuous integration, continuous deployment, automated testing and monitoring including concept creation and documentation.
• IT Operations - service-, problem-, change- and event management for our critical core services, portals, and future service offerings
• Responsibility - Ensuring the operation of our cloud-delivered services.
• Control & Interface - Technical contact for ongoing projects and enhancements, definition of non-functional requirements

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science or comparable education.
• Several years of experience in the operation of Linux and other Applications like Azure Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, TeamCity, NodeJs, Bitbucket, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana etc…)
• Experience in administration, orchestration, and automations of toolchains
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working with common scripting languages (Preferably PowerShell, Shell, and Python Scripting)
• Experience in using and analyzing relational databases, ideally also No-SQL databases, and data in XML structures.
• Team-oriented, structured approach to work characterized by high quality.
• Good command of written and spoken English
