Tasks

• Ensuring the Scrum framework is followed during development
• Facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage Scrum board (Jira)
• Advising team members and stakeholders on working effectively within the Scrum framework
• Analyzing burndown charts/metrics and other planning tools
• Eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks
• Providing guidance to teams, product owners, stakeholders, and the wider organization
• Client Relationship Management: engaging with senior stakeholders, understanding business needs
• Problem-Solving & Advisory: looking beyond usual practices to brainstorm and break down issues, collaborating with others, and looking closely at facts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending tailored PMO solutions
• Optimizing project workflows, ensuring adherence to industry regulations (e.g., ISO, PMI standards)
• Implementing PMO structures, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, SAFe)
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Project Management knowledge: Agile/ Waterfall/ Hybrid
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and leadership
• Facilitation: Skilled in facilitating meetings and events, ensuring productive and engaging sessions
• Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and ability to quickly identify issues and come up with efficient solutions to remove obstacles
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities while keeping the team focused on goals
• Conflict Resolution: Effectively managing and resolving conflicts to maintain harmony and collaboration among team members
• Time Management: Efficiently organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow
• Collaboration: Building strong relationships across teams and promoting a culture of teamwork

• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
