Senior .Net + Azure Developer

Requirements

  • 12+ years of overall software development experience
  • 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with .NET (ASP.NET Core, .NET 8) and SQL development
  • 4+ years working in Agile environments, contributing to team ceremonies and iterative delivery
  • Deep experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines using YAML, Azure CLI, and Bicep
  • Solid understanding of the Azure ecosystem, including Azure App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
  • Skilled in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) on Azure
  • Proficient in using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other Azure-native services for scalable cloud solutions
  • Passionate about security, particularly in vulnerability management, cloud compliance, and secure development practices
  • Advocate of quality-driven development, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and mocking frameworks
  • Promote and guide Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) best practices within teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable discussing and aligning on technical improvements with product owners
  • Experience working in small agile squads (3-4 people), with ownership of code management, deployment, and QA
  • Adept at explaining both foundational and advanced features to peers and mentoring team members
