Cloud Platform Engineer – Kubernetes & Operations

Assignment Description:

We are seeking one or more experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to support a large-scale, long-term IT transformation initiative. In this role, you will be instrumental in the operation, support, and enhancement of a modern cloud-native platform built around Kubernetes. The environment is complex and fast-evolving, and your efforts will directly impact both platform stability and developer productivity.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage and support production-grade Kubernetes clusters, including namespaces and integrations.

·       Collaborate closely with developer teams and internal platform stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

·       Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, and security practices.

·       Contribute to platform automation, scalability, and resilience.

·       Proactively troubleshoot and resolve incidents and performance issues.

Required Skills:

·       Certification or equivalent skill level as a Certified Kubernetes Administrator

·       Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems and Ansible for configuration management.

·       Basic scripting/programming skills (e.g., Bash, Python).

·       Proficiency with CI/CD tools like GitLab and ArgoCD.

·       Solid understanding of IT security practices in cloud-native environments.

·       Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

·       Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

·       Experience working in large enterprises with complex infrastructure.

·       Familiarity with other automation/DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Jenkins).

·       Exposure to hybrid cloud or large-scale containerized environments.
