Cyber Security Analyst

We're looking for an expert who can take threat modeling to the next level.

You’ll join a seasoned InfoSec team while working closely with architecture and engineering teams. You will help improve a mature, structured approach to identifying and mitigating risks before they become real issues.

You’re the one who spots the gaps before others do. And you help the business close them.

What you’ll do

• Lead the threat modeling process across teams and domains
• Define and improve frameworks, guidelines, and best practices
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable risk scenarios
• Spot vulnerabilities before they turn into incidents
• Coach development teams and advocate for secure design from the start
• Continuously evolve the approach in step with the business

Your expertise

• You’ve led threat modeling efforts in large, complex environments
• Familiar with STRIDE, PASTA, MITRE ATT&CK or similar frameworks
• Comfortable working across architecture, security, and development
• Strong grasp of modern cloud and software architecture (Azure is a plus)
• Able to influence, coach, and challenge with credibility
• Bonus if you’ve worked in red teaming, risk management, or security architecture

What you can expect

• Full-time contract with long-term perspective
• Salary between €5.700 and €6.800 per month based on 40 hours
• Hybrid setup: 2 days at the Amsterdam office, rest remote
• International working environment with real impact
