Our Amsterdam studio has started development of our next VR game, following Metro Awakening, and we are looking to recruit a (Junior) VFX Artist who can aid us in our mission.

Our Amsterdam studio has started development of our next VR game, following Metro Awakening, and we are looking to recruit a (Junior) VFX Artist who can aid us in our mission.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high quality VFX in a range of techniques and styles.
- Research and implement new, innovative VFX techniques.
- Estimate and plan your tasks together with production.
- Experience as a VFX Artist typically gained over 1+ year(s) and showcasing real-time VFX work through a reel/portfolio.
- Good artistic insight and feeling for timing and animation.
- Being able to create all the required art for VFX such as models and textures.
- Good knowledge on all things directly linked to VFX such as materials, node based workflows (e.g. blueprint or Houdini), etc.
- Knowledge of special effects software (e.g. Unreal, Embergen, Houdini & Blender).
- Self-motivated team-player that is able to receive and provide objective feedback.
- Working ability with Unreal Engine's Niagara System.
- Mobile / VR experience.
