About the project:

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable and robust backend services using Python, along with extensive experience in cloud-native architectures and software engineering best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of workflow orchestration for automating complex processes and managing cloud resources. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically proficient and motivated individual to contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Design and develop highly scalable and performant backend services using Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Architect and implement microservices and distributed systems, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and seamless integration within the cloud ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain well-structured RESTful APIs that adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Design and implement workflows to orchestrate complex operations, such as provisioning cloud infrastructure, deploying applications, and managing long-running processes, using platforms like Temporal or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 8-12 years of professional software engineering experience, with a primary focus on Python backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI, with a demonstrated ability to architect complex applications.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., Temporal) or similar technologies for managing complex, long-running processes.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

Nice to have:

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
