What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

  • Manages the Corporate Risk Management and Internal Control processes of Eczacıbaşı Group.
  • Ensures the establishment of the infrastructure in collaboration with the Group Corporate Risk Management Department and develops the reporting system within the risk management policy framework.
  • Carries out risk management and internal control activities within the scope of corporate and group procedures at Eczacıbaşı Sanipak Group’s headquarters, regional offices, and international subsidiaries.
  • Creates the risk inventory through evaluations with process owners and risk workshops, measures and prioritizes risks based on their impact and likelihood, and develops solutions for their prevention or mitigation.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness, adequacy, and efficiency of the internal control structures of departments based on process and risk analyses, providing solution suggestions or new control steps for identified issues and converting them into draft action plans.
  • Ensures the implementation of accepted proposals/plans as risk actions, monitors key risk indicators related to control deficiencies and risks in the internal control system, and regularly reports to senior management and the Group Corporate Risk Management Department.
  • When necessary, supports risk management and internal control activities in investment and business development projects, as well as in areas such as information security and compliance, providing insights for senior management.
  • Conducts training programs to enhance the organization's risk culture, awareness, and consciousness, and carries out the necessary documentation and communication activities for this purpose.
  • Manages the usage, control, tracking, and updating of documents related to Corporate Risk Management and Internal Control (procedures, instructions, workflow diagrams, etc.).
  • Monitors new applications, products, and regulatory developments to ensure the design of necessary control mechanisms/processes.
  • Supports the preparation of documents related to various business standards the organization adheres to (e.g., ISO certifications) and ensures compliance.


What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Graduated from universities with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields (preferably with a master's degree).
  • Proficient in English at an advanced level.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in risk management, consultancy, internal control, or audit, with a minimum of 6 years specifically in corporate risk management processes.
  • Preferably has experience in the real sector and industry.
  • Knowledgeable about Corporate Risk Management Standards (COSO, ISO 31000).
  • Familiar with SAP applications.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Willing and able to travel.
