Join Us as a LiveOps Specialist 💼

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes games, knows how to activate a community, and thrives on making players come back for more. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind player engagement in Pengu Clash — from in-game events and promotions to building hype on Twitter, Telegram, and Discord. If you're excited by the idea of shaping live experiences, creating memorable moments, and turning feedback into action — we’d love to meet you.

We offer a 100% remote work model, allowing you to work from anywhere, though we’d love it if you occasionally dropped by our Warsaw office to stay connected in person.

Your responsibilities include

• Plan, design, and manage engaging and rewarding in-game events and player activities.
• Develop and optimize event formulas based on data analysis and player feedback.
• Set goals to improve Live Ops strategy and schedule.
• Create and implement monetization methods to maximize virtual goods revenue.
• Define monthly sales strategies and plan promotions accordingly.
• Analyze game metrics (conversion, retention, churn, LTV) to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design new promotion formats and improve monetization tools while maintaining game economy balance.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market developments in gaming and Web3.
• Lead communication strategies both in-game and across social channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord).
• Engage daily with the community, providing updates, answering questions, and fostering strong relationships.
• Create compelling content such as posts, memes, quizzes, and AMAs.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams on event calendars, asset creation, and localization.
• Collect and relay player feedback to the development team for continuous game improvement.
  
  

We're Looking for Someone With

• Proven experience in Live Operations, community management, or social media within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of player engagement strategies and the gaming ecosystem, preferably mobile and/or Web3 games.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging and witty content for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience managing social channels such as Twitter/X, Telegram, and Discord.
• Data-driven mindset — ability to analyze metrics like retention, conversion, churn, and LTV to optimize live operations and community activities.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and development teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — our team and community are global.
