Junior Data Analyst / BI Engineer

We are expanding our data analytics capabilities across EMEA, and as a Junior Data Analyst at DXC Technology, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering insights to global clients. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong foundation Power BI and SQL, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience with data visualization, reporting, and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure.

Essential Job Functions

• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data
• Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to solution design
• Learn and apply best practices in data modeling and visualization
• Explore and experiment with Azure services as part of your development
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data analytics
  
  

Other Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
• Exposure to Python or scripting languages
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
• Interest in advanced analytics or machine learning
• Any additional European language - a plus
