Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of native iOS and Android applications.
• Architect, design, and ship high-quality features that scale smoothly and look great.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to align mobile development with business goals
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of mobile engineers — helping them grow and thrive.
• Set the standard for clean, maintainable code and champion best practices in testing and release processes.
• Own technical decisions, from stack choices to architecture design and performance optimization.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in mobile engineering teams - you’ve led successful projects and built strong developer cultures.
• Strong hands-on experience with both Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Native Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Experience building and scaling consumer-facing mobile apps.
• Ability to translate product ideas into elegant, performant mobile solutions.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, deployment, and testing.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
• Contributions to open-source mobile projects or apps live in the App Store/Play Store.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile.
