Job Title: Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Singapore

We’re hiring a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to drive the integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI into enterprise systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable ML pipelines, deploy AI models, and optimize system performance in secure, cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML pipelines for Generative and Agentic AI applications.
• Integrate AI solutions into containerized environments (OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• Automate workflows using Python and shell scripting.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and ensure security compliance.
• Support CI/CD and observability for AI systems (Langfuse, Grafana, etc.).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in ML engineering or AI system integration.
• Strong Python and Bash skills.
• Hands-on with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Familiar with LLMs, RAG pipelines, API integration, and microservices.
• Exposure to security, logging, monitoring (Splunk, Geneos, Ctrl-M, etc.).
• Clear communicator and visual thinker.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Skilled in mentorship and team collaboration.
