Project Manager (Facilities Management, GOV, Up $5000)

Contract period: 11 months
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.30pm
Location: Stadium MRT

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordination with all stakeholders on the design and equipping of the room - Responsible for carrying out feasibility studies, developing planning proposals, evaluating proposals regarding calm room and storeroom works.
• Oversees the fitting out, commissioning and testing and taking over of calm room on completion of construction.
• Review design and architectural, structure, mechanical and electric plans to ensure adequate provisions for calm room are made for the construction.
• Oversees the appointment of consultants, and contractors including calling tenders and awards.
• Controls to ensure that all contract specifications and performance standards are achieved for calm room.

Requirements:

• Recognised tertiary qualifications in Property & Facilities Management
• 3 – 5 years of experience in FM Maintenance Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills and interpersonal skills
