Client Solutions Lead - (Stablecoins)

A global Financial Technology company is looking for a high impact Client Solutions lead that will be working on the development of cutting-edge blockchain products and services for enterprise and financial institutions.

This role bridges product, client engagement, and strategic partnerships—both internally and externally—to deliver innovative, compliant solutions that drive adoption in the institutional market.

What You’ll Do

• Drive design and development of blockchain-based solutions with the product team.
• Translate corporate/enterprise level client feedback into actionable product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, services, and compliance teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of blockchain solutions into existing platforms and workflows.
• Engage financial institutions and corporate clients to tailor offerings and foster adoption.
• Represent the blockchain vision internally and evangelize product capabilities.

What You Bring

• Experience and understanding of corporate/enterprise level blockchain technology/solutions.
• 10+ years in SaaS, fintech, or digital assets, with strong exposure to client solutioning with enterprise clients.
• Proven success working with financial institutions; strong grasp of KYC/AML and global regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in product management, business development, or partnerships.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience in blockchain, Stablecoin infrastructure, FX/liquidity/treasury solutions or the broader Web3 ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Bilingual English & conversational Mandarin required, as there will be need to deal with Mandarin speaking internal stakeholders/teams.
