Job Title: Golang Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Go (Golang)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write unit and integration tests, and ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing
• Build RESTful APIs and work on microservices-based architecture
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and actively contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Golang
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and REST API development
• Good understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS, RDS, etc.)
• Exposure to Java, React, or Python
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack

Location: VA or TX or IL or PA or NY

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000 - $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
