Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to lead and support our Agile teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
• Support the Product Owner and development team in achieving customer satisfaction.
• Guide the Scrum and development teams toward self-organization and high performance.
• Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and help fill in gaps in the Scrum framework.
• Resolve conflicts and address issues that may hinder team performance.
• Promote continuous improvement and help the team achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity.
• Provide support and education to the Product Owner and stakeholders as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience working on a Scrum team.
• Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills.
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to distinguish between Scrum practices and non-Scrum practices.
• Experience with successful Agile techniques and tools.
• Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Adaptability to changing environments and priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused amidst distractions.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
• PSP Defined SCU in Scrum Master (if applicable).
