Job Title: Agile Coach

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide and mentor teams and leaders in adopting Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. The ideal candidate is a change agent with a passion for fostering an Agile mindset and enabling cultural and operational transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles, values, and best practices
Facilitate the adoption and scaling of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
Lead Agile maturity assessments and provide customized improvement plans
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing events
Work with stakeholders to remove organizational impediments and streamline Agile processes
Help teams apply Agile at scale and align it with business goals and delivery outcomes
Support Agile ceremonies and ensure Agile practices are understood and effectively implemented
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership to build a roadmap for Agile transformation
Measure and report on the effectiveness of Agile adoption and team performance
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar Agile role
In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated success leading Agile transformations at team, program, or enterprise levels
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps)
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent Agile certifications
Experience in enterprise Agile transformation in large or matrixed organizations
Background in software development, project management, or product management
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
