IP Engineer

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, or HCIP/HCIE.

• 10+ years of experience in IP/MPLS network engineering within a service provider or ISP environment.

• Proven experience leading complex migration efforts.

• Strong hands-on expertise with the above mentioned hardware platforms, including hardware configuration and maintenance for Huawei, Cisco, and Juniper devices

• Familiarity with network architecture and system integration strategies

• Proficiency in network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, NAPALM, Netconf/YANG).

• Familiarity with IP addressing strategies, service migration workflows, and traffic engineering.

Deep understanding of:

o Routing protocols: OSPF, IS-IS, BGP

o MPLS technologies: LDP, RSVP-TE, Segment Routing (SR-MPLS a plus)

o VPN services: L2VPN, L3VPN, VPLS

o Huawei Hardware Platform: NE9K & 5K, NE40, S9300, CX600-X8

o Cisco Hardware Platform: ASR 9K, NCS 5K,

o Juniper Hardware Platform: MX480
