Product Manager (CPaaS Platform Launch — USA Market)

BSG is a CPaaS platform that helps businesses communicate with their customers through multi-channel solutions. We have a strong presence in Europe and are now launching a new strategic direction — entering the US and Canadian markets.


We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the launch and growth of our CPaaS platform in this new region. This is a high-impact role with a high level of autonomy and direct reporting to the CEO.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the US market.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify product-market fit.
  • Define the product’s unique value proposition and adapt positioning to local needs.
  • Collaborate with the development team to shape and deliver the product.
  • Work with analytics to track user flows, onboarding, activation, and financial metrics.
  • Run A/B tests, gather feedback, and iterate quickly with frequent releases.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, ISO, and TSPA regulations.
  • Collaborate with development, marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Lead the email product direction: from campaign setup to retention optimization.


What We Expect:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in CPaaS, SaaS, or email platforms.
  • Proven experience launching products in new markets, especially the US/Canada.
  • Solid understanding of email infrastructure: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, reputation.
  • Experience in B2B sales or customer support in North America is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and product analytics tools.
  • Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+).


Nice to Have:

  • Background in email marketing or campaign management.
  • Experience in telecom or working with CPaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, KISSmetrics, etc.
