Position mission

Manage the Application Laboratory in Argentina, to ensure the technical support in sales projects, troubleshooting and technical maintenance of the sales, based on the current laws and regulations and corporate policies, in order to generate results to achieve corporate objectives.

Main activities

Planning and prioritization of the activities to ensure the correct and efficient application (first time right) of the products according to the local needs.

Develop applications to the local business and strategy.

Ensure rapid response and high quality in troubleshooting and technical sales maintenance.

Ensure the employee structure according to local needs and corporative strategics.

Development employees -

Plan staff trainings to ensure they have the necessary skills – Competences

Follow up the CAPs

Ensure the Capex according to corporate strategies.

Interaction with the Universities

Requirements

Food Engineer, Chemical, Biochemical, Biotechnology, industrial engineer with experience in the dairy industry exclusively as plant/industrial process manager

Knowledge of ISO 22000 (HACCP, PAS 220) and GMP standards

Advanced English

ERP and Advanced Office

Desirable knowledge of Strategic Selling Software
