We're working with a growing cybersecurity company that’s developing a cutting-edge cloud-native platform. As part of their next phase of growth, they’re looking to bring in a Senior Golang Engineer to help design, build, and scale secure backend systems that power critical services for enterprise clients.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working collaboratively in a modern engineering environment, and taking ownership of meaningful product features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Golang
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions
• Build and optimise APIs and microservices in a distributed environment
• Deploy and monitor services in GCP (or other cloud platforms)
• Work cross-functionally with product, security, and DevOps teams

Ideal Profile

• Strong experience building backend systems in Golang
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure – ideally GCP, but AWS/Azure also fine
• Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with event-driven systems or distributed architectures is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
