Tasks
Be part of a dynamic team where your software engineering skills will directly impact our operations and customer experience. In this role, you'll craft and deliver impactful software solutions in an agile setting—leveraging ML and AI to enhance both our operations and the customer journey.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Python, particularly for machine learning and AI applications.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features, from initial concept and business requirements to deployment and production support.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Write high-quality, reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), optimizing for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Stay ahead with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and advocating for their adoption to enhance our software solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree or completed apprenticeship in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience obtained after completing your apprenticeship or degree
- 1+ years of professional experience applying data structures, algorithms, and software design principles to build effective, scalable solutions for complex problems
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in scalable setups (not notebooks)
- Experience with Cloud Solutions, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly with services like Cloud Run, BigQuery, Dataflow, or Vertex AI
- Experience in or a strong passion for the airline industry
