This company move fast, are executing well on their vision and are looking for software engineers who like to be exposed to all sorts of problems.

Were specifically looking for engineers that have worked in startups before (ideally ones that are a little bit nuts), have taken the lead on a programme of work and are able to ruthlessly prioritise; what needs to be solid/shipped now and what can wait.

Engineers here are talking on a daily basis to product owners, finance, data teams and even their internal lawyers about their project - so communication is key!

Their idea of a great engineer is; someone who really cares about their craft but not to the point where you're continuously arguing your point and its impacting on delivery.

They work in an industry thats pretty competitive and whilst all the team care about quality and the customer journey, they also understand that to stay as the number 1 in their field (which they are) - urgency around delivery is important.

If you're a full stack JS engineer or backend engineer (with an interest in Go) that;
