Job Summary
Job Title: Technical Team Lead Location: TechM Aus Melbourne Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in SCRUM methodologies to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development and team leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high quality projects on time and within budget. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration, and driving the successful implementation of SCRUM practices. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture. Implement and manage SCRUM processes, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. Facilitate daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other SCRUM ceremonies. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and quality. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development and Agile methodologies. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in SCRUM methodologies. Proven experience in leading software development teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Preferred Skills: Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean). Familiarity with software development tools and technologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Git). Experience in cloud technologies and DevOps practices. Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. SCRUM Master certification or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
