Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of ServiceNow product modules.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong analytical abilities and a passion for enhancing business processes through technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform research and analysis to support the development and enhancement of ServiceNow modules
• Collect and document business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Participate in the design, testing, and transition phases of Service Management and Service Integration solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Conduct detailed data analysis to provide clear and actionable requirements for developers to enable configuration and customization
• Work closely with development and testing teams to support test phases and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Translate core configuration requirements into design models and oversee implementation in collaboration with developers
• Maintain the requirements traceability matrix to monitor progress and ensure alignment with project goals
• Create and manage project documentation to provide evidence of requirements and support project milestones
• Assist delivery teams in resolving issues and enhancing customer services through the ServiceNow platform
• Break down complex information into detailed, actionable tasks to facilitate implementation
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and deliver training sessions to clients and internal team members
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations preferred
• Proven ability to conduct research and analysis to support the development of ServiceNow modules
• Experience in the design, testing, and transition of Service Management and Service Integration solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Skilled in performing data analysis to provide clear configuration and customization requirements for developers
• Hands-on experience supporting testing phases and collaborating with development and testing teams
• Proficient in gathering configuration requirements, translating them into design models, and managing the implementation process
• Experience in managing and maintaining requirements traceability matrices
• Proficient in creating and maintaining project documentation to support milestones and objectives
• Expertise in assisting delivery teams to address issues and improve customer services through ServiceNow
• Ability to break down complex information into actionable insights and tasks
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher
