Your territory

As part of our Marketing Design team, you will:

Craft visually stunning, social-first content - including static assets, photography, and videos - tailored for various platforms and aligned with our content strategy
Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway) to boost efficiency and unlock new creative directions
Ensure an optimal user experience by adapting designs for different markets, screen sizes, and platforms
Collaborate closely with the paid ads and organic social media teams to create high-impact content
Manage content creation projects efficiently using JIRA, keeping tasks organized and deadlines on track
Use your creativity and flexibility to develop innovative content formats that keep our channels fresh and engaging
Stay ahead of social trends and bring new ideas for organic and paid content to the table
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

2+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital advertising
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of social media design work — including static graphics, animations, and short-form videos
End-to-end creative production skills, with hands-on experience in photography, filming, lighting, scripting, sound, and editing
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) and video editing tools (e.g. After Effects, CapCut)
Strong typography and layout skills with a sharp eye for visual storytelling
Ability to create compelling, shareable content for both organic posts and paid ads
Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors
Reliable and collaborative team player who can take guidance from Social Media Managers and contribute to a larger creative vision
Very good English skills
