• Build and lead a high-performing team of data analysts across multiple tribes and functional domains in the B2B space
• Coach and mentor your team continuously, set clear expectations, and support their development through regular performance feedback
• Champion agile collaboration and foster a data-driven culture by aligning squads and driving cross-functional teamwork
• Deliver impactful analytics yourself, translating complex data into clear insights that influence strategic decisions
  
  

Drive the chapter’s analytics vision by identifying trends, shaping strategy, and ensuring high standards in data quality, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration

• Do you bring solid leadership experience and enjoy guiding and growing analytical talent across different business areas?
• Do you combine strong SQL and data modeling skills with a passion for visual storytelling and deriving actionable insights?
