Role: Graphic Designer - European Commission

Location: Brussels, Belgium - European Commission

Responsibilities:

Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:

• Communicate effectively on media and social media
• Engage with the audience
• Create meaningful conversations
• Fight disinformation online
• Monitor and evaluate the success of media and social media actions
• Listen and report on what people are saying online
• Support the work on the Commission media and digital channels

Requirements:

Following skills are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

• Strong art and design background
• Mastery of the necessary design and illustration tools and techniques
• Experience using relevant IT tools and software
• Creative approach to combining images, photos, illustration, text, colours and shapes for unitary and impactful design
• Knowledge of relevant audiovisual production techniques and ability to create demonstrably
  effective products
• Experience using relevant tools and software
• Filming skills
• Technically solid and visually creative approach to audiovisual production and design as evidenced by a strongportfolio

Languages:

• Excellent knowledge of English - Level B2 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
• Excellent knowledge of another national language
