Support Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a vital role in crafting innovative solutions that directly impact our employees in their daily lives
  • Experience full autonomy and lead new features through the entire development lifecycle – from ideation to live deployment
  • Team up with cross-functional teams, including designers, other engineers, and product visionaries to shape a seamless product experience
  • Step up and take ownership of initiatives, ensuring their smooth progress and success
  • Share knowledge and foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth
  • Deliver happiness to internal stakeholders by ensuring a smooth user experience and effective services

What We’re Looking For

  • Have hands-on experience with the Microsoft product suite, especially Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM, or a strong willingness to learn fast
  • Have knowledge in C# (.NET), X++, JavaScript, Power Fx, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, or SQL
  • Have understanding of APIs (especially OData/REST) and how to use them effectively
  • Have curiosity about business process optimization and digital workflows
  • Have Java experience but not mandatory
  • Have sense of ownership for overall quality of the product by thoroughly testing your implementations on your own and covering the code with automated tests
  • Bring a can-do attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and a relentless drive to learn and accomplish tasks
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with a diverse team
  • Are fluent in English both in speech and writing
