Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to manage and support complex multisite network environments. The ideal candidate will be CCNP certified, have over 10 years of relevant experience, and possess in-depth expertise in Cisco technologies, routing, switching, wireless, and SD-WAN solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot large-scale network environments across multiple sites.
• Lead and support shift operations, manage teams, and ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
• Work under pressure and effectively communicate with international clients in English (written and verbal).
• Multitask across projects, incidents, and team responsibilities while maintaining a results-driven mindset.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex routing and switching protocols and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated network issues promptly.

Mandatory Skills & Technologies:

• CCNP Certification – Required
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in multisite environment operations
• Routing Protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
• Switching Technologies: STP, VLAN, HSRP, VTP, Port Channeling
• Cisco Nexus Devices – Strong experience
• Wireless: Access Points & Controllers (on-prem and hosted)
• SD-WAN and SD-LAN – Excellent troubleshooting and management
• MPLS, IPSec tunnels, Radius, Zscaler, Infoblox
• Load Balancers: F5 LTM, Citrix – VIP configuration and troubleshooting
• ACI (SDLAN) – Troubleshooting and operations
• WAN Optimizers: Riverbed, Exinda
• Firewall & Security Devices: Fortinet, Palo Alto
• WiFi technologies: Meraki, Extreme Networks
• Experience with OEMs including Cisco as primary vendor

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to networking equipment from Aruba, HP, Extreme Networks
• Working knowledge of other SD-WAN/SD-LAN OEM technologies
• Understanding of network security concepts and best practices
