HR Generalist | West Dublin (Hybrid) | €35–45K + 30 Days Leave

We’re partnering with a mission-driven organisation in West Dublin that’s making a difference in the lives of young people across Ireland — and they’re now looking for an HR Generalist to join their close-knit, energetic team.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of a 6-person HR team, you’ll:

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and staff on all things HR — from ER to compliance
• Own the employee lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, and everything in between
• Process payroll in partnership with Finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Lead on HR policy updates, employee wellbeing, and engagement initiatives
• Analyse HR data to spot trends and make evidence-based recommendations
• Support with HR projects that align with the organisation’s strategic goals

Experience required:

• 2+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role
• A relevant HR or business degree (CIPD qualification is a bonus)
• A strong knowledge of Irish employment law and best practice
• Confidence working with managers and teams across the organisation
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills — you love a challenge!
• A full driver’s licence — occasional travel is part of the role
